Using Chimy

These terms apply when you use Chimy, a personal tool for organizing home equipment details, care plans, service records, and household supplies. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and remove the app from your device.

Your records

You are responsible for the information, photos, files, and voice notes you add, record, export, or share. Keep copies of information you need. Chimy stores records and related media locally and does not provide cloud synchronization or a recovery service.

Reminders and information

Chimy's reminders depend on your device settings and notification permissions. The app is a record-keeping aid; it does not inspect, diagnose, or monitor equipment and does not guarantee that a notification will be delivered. Use manufacturer instructions and qualified service providers where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Use Chimy lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to misuse the app. Do not use information in Chimy as a substitute for professional inspection or service.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as available. Features may be changed or discontinued in future versions. We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chimy is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free storage, or reminder delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or reliance on a record or reminder. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
